The Bishop’s Stortford Chamber of Commerce has been serving the business community of the town for over 81 years. The Chamber is the official representative of businesses and is a forum and meeting place where an exchange of ideas and views takes place. With invited representatives from Town Council, District Council and County Council, the Chamber of Commerce is well placed to express its views to Public Authorities and raise concerns over local issues. 

The Chamber exists to encourage and support business in Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding areas. A dedicated Committee elected annually meets once a month to discuss a full Agenda. The monthly breakfast meetings are well attended and give an opportunity for local businesses to host and guest speak on such occasions which, due to their popularity, are considered excellent networking events.
